Delivering true high-definition sound, ELAC’s JET tweeters enthrall with its lightning-fast response and wide dynamic range, offering minimal distortion, lots of headroom and a wider frequency range. The ELAC JET tweeter is one of the most legendary tweeters in the industry and has won international praise with its transparent and effortless sound image.


To complement the prowess of the JET tweeter and ensure a smooth shift from the woofer, an innovative compound curvature cone has been engineered. Its purpose is to effectively manage cone breakup, extending it far beyond the woofer's operating range. Further enhancing the speaker's capabilities, a sizeable voice coil and an oversized vented pole piece magnet have been integrated, delivering exceptional bass dynamics and a robust, powerful performance.


The bass reflex port on the Carina series is designed to exit downward from the bottom of the speaker cabinet, allowing for greater flexibility in speaker placement and reducing ventilation noise.


Each Carina enclosure undergoes meticulous engineering, featuring sturdy MDF outer walls and an elegant satin painted finishes. Strategically positioned internal bracing enhances the cabinet's structural integrity, minimizing vibrations that could otherwise distort the sound and introduce unwanted coloration.
